QUALIFICATIONS
PRESIDENT
Robert J. Petrisin, the founder and President of Strategic Reserves Corporation, has prepared numerous reserve studies to the complete satisfaction of association management from California to Florida since1990. His previous firm, Petrisin & Associates, changed names in mid-1996 to strategically position itself and remain exclusively committed to the preparation of successful community association reserve studies. Personal qualifications include:

Education-
B.S. Industrial Engineering degree from Penn State University with emphasis in "Budgetary Forecasting" and "Long Term Strategic Planning".
- Experience-
Five years direct association management experience serving as President for two (2) years and Treasurer for two years of a 116 unit condominium project.
- License-
General Contractors License No. 567792 (1989)
- Professional Credential-
Reserve Specialist (RS) Designation No. 22 from CAI- Community Associations Institute (1998)
FIELD REPORT PERSONNEL
*Qualifications-
1) licensed General Contractor
2) three month minimum on-the-job training
3) continuing education (all construction trades/alternative "high-tech" products)
DATA SYSTEMS PERSONNEL
*Qualifications-
1) college degree (business related)
2) three month minimum on-the-job training
3) continuing education (computer/information systems)
MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL
